Famed artist Christo to use Matthew Perpetua's panties in art project!
Christo, who has made his name by wrapping buildings and other large objects
with fabric (see above photo), is planning his most daring artistic feat
yet! Christo, a big fan of Matthew Perpetua's Pavement Board postings since 1998,
acquired one of the Internet superstar's used pair of underpants last year and
plans to cover the Empire State Building with it.
